Reseller Agreement – Authorized Wholesale Terms

By purchasing CatTongue Grips products at wholesale pricing, the undersigned ("Reseller") agrees to the following terms:

Authorized Sales Channels Reseller agrees to sell CatTongue Grips products only through approved channels, including their own physical retail location(s) and/or their own branded website. Reseller shall not list, sell, or facilitate the sale of CatTongue Grips products on any third-party marketplace or platform, including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, TikTok Shop, Instagram Shop, Walmart Marketplace, Etsy, or any similar platform, without prior written approval from CatTongue Grips.
Paid Advertising Restrictions Reseller agrees not to run any paid search, paid social, or display advertising campaigns that reference CatTongue Grips by name, use CatTongue Grips trademarks or branding, or are otherwise directly related to CatTongue Grips products, without prior written consent from CatTongue Grips.
Brand Representation Reseller agrees to represent CatTongue Grips products accurately and professionally, and shall not make claims about the products that are false, misleading, or not authorized by CatTongue Grips.
Consequences of Violation Any breach of these terms may result in the immediate termination of the Reseller's wholesale account, cancellation of any outstanding orders, and loss of wholesale pricing privileges. CatTongue Grips reserves the right to pursue further remedies as permitted by law.
Agreement Acknowledgment By placing a wholesale order, Reseller confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
